Chelsie Kenyon's Programs, Products, Courses, Subscriptions, Coaching & All Other Services Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. However, courses and programs delivered via www.chelsiekenyon.com and social media platforms, are an experience. So just like if you bought a movie ticket, or concert ticket, the sale is final, whether or not you show up for the event or like the event.

We also don't offer refunds for changing your mind. Most programs have a lengthy availability, (in most cases, lifetime) and if you have an illness or family emergency, you can request an increase in time for you to access your course materials. 

Please do not purchase a program that you cannot afford to make the payments on.

Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our programs, subscriptions, courses, coaching, 1:1 Services or Masterminds, and no refunds will be provided to you.

If your program payment or subscription does not go through, you give us the right to seek the payment via a collection agency.

It is up to you to make sure your payment information is up to date, for your payment arrangements.
