How to do the entrepreneur work

Our brain runs on auto-pilot 75% of the time (or more.)

And entrepreneur auto-pilot consists of: getting stuck in the scroll hole, telling yourself negative stories, looking at other people and wondering why you're not further ahead, imposter syndrome, feeling like a fraud and more. (I'm sure you can add a few to this list) and then feeling STUCK.

So how exactly do you escape from this and step into your power?

The KEY: Awareness

Becoming aware in the moment, realizing you are on autopilot, and quickly pivoting.

The second you notice you are in entrepreneur autopilot mode, ground yourself. Use EFT, dancing, singing or whatever else you like to use.

If you are in the scroll hole, don't just close the app, set the phone down entirely and do something else for a minute.

Feeling imposter syndrome? Think about all the people you've helped, read positive reviews about yourself and think about other people making money doing the same thing you are even though you're better at it.

Then after you've done those things to snap out of autopilot, TAKE ACTION. Make a post, send a message, make an offer.

Then keep practicing this. Over and over again. Keep snapping yourself out of it, and over time, you will find that you have rewired your brain.

No matter what level you're at, you will experience some level of entrepreneur autopilot. You can take steps to slowly overcome it over time, but even the best of the best have it pop up occasionally.

If you suffer from it badly, you have to take action immediately or it's never going to improve. In fact it will probably get worse.

So stop right now, and think about what the current story you are telling yourself is.

Now shift that story into the positive version of it.

Example: "No one wants to buy what I'm selling" shifts to: "I'm excited to share my passion for this thing!" (This also helps you recognize if you are truly passionate about what you're selling. If you're not, change that.)

Repeat the new positive story to yourself over and over again while you are dancing, tapping, breathing, or whatever else helps you embody it.

Then do this as often as necessary. Repeat the process over and over and eventually you will notice that you don't have to do it as often.

The new codes will begin to stick. ā¯¤ļø¸
