Wisdom of the Undefined Centers
Nov 30, 2022
Undefined centers are places for deep learning and understanding. Through taking in other people’s energy in our openness, we can experience a multitude of different ways to be, so we can learn what works and what doesn’t and be smart about it.
NOT-SELF OF THE UNDEFINED CENTERS
Head - Information overload
Ajna - Trying to be certain
Throat - Trying to get attention
Identity (G) - Looking for love and direction
Heart (Will) - Trying to prove something
Spleen - Holding onto things that aren't good for you
Sacral - Not knowing when to stop
Solar Plexus - Avoiding confrontation
Root - In a hurry to get more done
Where we have openness is a place for us to learn and develop wisdom around it.
WISDOM OF THE UNDEFINED CENTERS
Head: Careful about taking in too much information
Ajna: Enjoying uncertainty and having multiple perspectives
Throat: Feeling the pressure to speak, but only talking when there is a reason to
Identity (G): Sampling various identities and choosing what you want
Heart (Will): Knowing you are worthy and have nothing to prove
Spleen: Letting go of things that aren't good for you
Solar Plexus: Faces truth head-on
Sacral: Knows when to quit
Root: Feeling the pressure to get things done, but knowing to rest and take breaks
What wisdom have you picked up from your undefined or open centers?
