The Difference between Human Design Facts and Interpretation

Whenever I look at a chart, my mind explodes with possibilities. I see ways for people to make money, ways to improve communication and relationships, and even ways to improve health. I mean honestly, everything you could possibly want to know about your life is right in your chart.

I understand that sometimes trying to find that information in your chart can feel like trying to read a menu in a foreign language. You're going to need some help interpreting it.

So here's the deal with this. There's Human Design FACTS and then there's Human Design INTERPRETATION. What does this mean exactly?

I'm going to do a little comparison here.

When you go to church, you learn about the Bible. In fact, people go to schools to study the Bible. There they will learn the FACTS of the Bible. Who wrote it. When they wrote it. What was going on historically at the time that each piece was written. How old is it. What is the exact timeline of events. etc.

Then when you go to church, a pastor stands at the front and delivers his expert INTERPRETATION of the facts. Or maybe you are in a Bible study where you discuss your own interpretations of the facts. And this is how Human Design works too. There are the facts of the chart. The planetary calculations, definition, centers, gates, channels etc. Then there is the interpretation of those pieces, that help you put context to it.

For instance, if you have gate 39, the gate of provocation… It can be helpful to hear what somebody else's interpretation of this gate is, and how it affects you in various relationships and in your life path.

Every chart reader will have a slightly different interpretation. Just like if you go to different churches, different pastors will talk about the same Bible verse in very different ways.

So it's fun to look through this information on your own, but getting a chart reading is a great step in taking your understanding to a new level by getting somebody else's perspective and interpretation. (Especially if you have a defined ajna!)

P.S. Ever thought about diving deep into learning this stuff? Maybe even become a chart-reader yourself at some point? Check this out.
