Manifestor's 'rest' phase

Human Design Manifestor

A manifestor cycles between initiating and resting.

The initiating takes up a lot of energy, and it can't last forever… So, after an urge to create comes an urge to rest.

But resting in the case of the Manifestor doesn't mean sleeping in bed all day.

It means resting or taking a break from initiating and creating.

It's more of a mental break than anything.

I know during my 'rest' phase, I still have energy to go do things. I don't feel like I have to rest physically. It's just that my brain is tapped out šŸ¤£

So if you're a manifestor (especially one with a lot of defined motor centers), don't feel like you need to be physically resting in between your initiation phases. You can absolutely get active.

Go for a hike.
Stroll a beautiful downtown area.
Treat yourself to a delicious meal.

Feed your soul and replenish your cup.

And if you feel like taking a few extra naps, go for it. Some Manifestors do feel like they need to physically rest between creation phases and that's okay too.

At the end of the day human design is a guide for you to experiment with. And then you get to do what works best for you.
