Supporting Projector Children

human design projector tips Dec 22, 2021

Children projectors need lots of rest. And not necessarily multiple naps, but just 'down time' zoning out and laying around. Some people might see this as being lazy, but it is necessary for the projector.

Projector children will be more likely to need a lengthier bedtime routine to help them settle into sleep. A warm bath, a story, and if they are old enough, they can read to themselves. Turning the lights dimmer over time, until they are off. They need a slower transition from the day’s activities into rest and then finally sleep.

Children projectors see deeply into other people and since they sometimes have no filter will likely blurt out what they are sensing.

Help a projector child to understand that their words are powerful and to wait to give other people advice until other people ask for it.

They often feel unseen, so it's important to invite them into conversations and give them lots of recognition for their contributions and appreciate their amazing insight.

Just a simple 'I would love to hear your thoughts about this' and then 'Thank you so much for sharing, I will take that into consideration.' Will go a long way šŸ™Œ
