We all have ALL of the chart

It's not a matter of "not having" something, whether that's a gate or a center.

If you have a gate activated, it simply means you have that energy all the time.

If you don't have it activated, it means that you have that energy inconsistently, but you still have it. You can feel the energy a little more if you are around someone with it activated or when a planet activates it globally. Feeling it from someone else or through a planetary activation is still not the same as having it activated for yourself consistently, but you can still access the energy that way.

Hopefully that helps. It's not about having/not having.

It's about the energy being consistent or inconsistent.

Not sure what I mean? Head over here to get your chart. See all the shapes with numbers around them? The shapes are centers, the numbers are gates. Some of the gates will have a red or black line sticking out. Regardless of the color or where it cuts off or meets up with another line, it is activated and consistent. If the line coming off the gate number is white - it's not inactive and inconsistent.
