I honestly didn't even know what my truth was...

When people used to say 'speak your truth' I honestly didn't even know what my truth was.

I was so lost in other people's dogma and my own self-defeating paradigms, that I couldn't see anything other than my limitations and circumstances.

It took me 10 years to realize there was something more. Something that I was missing. A whole new layer to uncover.

And it's took another 5 years of flailing, being a "bull in the China shop," shouting loudly but going unheard, taking action with no results and thinking clearly having cloudy vision... to wake up, virtually shake myself, and commit to the process of getting over the bullshit and getting back to being ME.

This is not a simple process. It's messy. I have to face things I don't want to face. I have to admit things I don't want to admit. I have to look straight in the face of my own shadows and do the work to release them.

And through that work, I feel lighter. I taste freedom. My vibe is up, my energy is higher, I'm in tune with progress and momentum.

Shifts can be scary and feel like you're feeling around a dark room for a light switch. But there is no easy out. You have to buckle up and deal with it.

So many people are looking at their business and feel like they're doing all the things. Sending out the emails, building the website, putting out offers... But if nothing is sticking, then the common denominator is YOU.

It's your energy. It's your beliefs. It's the energy that you're holding.

And luckily all that can be transformed. You can become magnetic! You can discover YOU and plug that energy into your systems and strategies for a quantum leap!

Let me hold up the mirror for you.
